These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kasa Kay app (the "App"), published by Vishal Manohar / Soham Technologies under the name Vishal Creation ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for your device, your account, and all activity that happens through your use of the App.
You keep ownership of the messages, photos, videos and files you send ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to share it. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
The optional Google Drive feature stores files in your own Google Drive account using your own storage quota. Your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's terms. You can disconnect Drive at any time in the App or from your Google Account permissions page. Files you or the App delete from Drive may not be recoverable.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We try to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own backups of important files.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
